Core Banking - Data Business Analyst

The company is seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to support data modernization, Customer 360, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Core Banking transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst with strong BFSI and Core Banking experience to support data modernization, Customer 360, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Core Banking transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years as a Business Analyst / Data Business Analyst within BFSI
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking platforms
• Candidates must have experience with one or more Core Banking platforms such as Fiserv DNA, Fiserv Premier, Fiserv Signature, Finacle, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, or similar Core Banking platforms
• Direct experience working with Fiserv Core Banking platforms as part of Data Modernization, Core Banking Transformation, Data Migration, or Enterprise Data initiatives
• Strong understanding of Core Banking data, customer, account, deposit, loan, transaction, and product-related data
• Hands-on experience supporting Customer 360 implementations and enterprise customer/account data initiatives
• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) implementation, data integration, migration, or modernization initiatives
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, data profiling, data quality, data mapping, and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM)
• Strong SQL skills with experience supporting ETL, Data Warehouse, Analytics, or Data Transformation initiatives
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/visualization tools
• Good understanding of Retail/Commercial Banking, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Risk, AML, and Regulatory Reporting
• Experience with UAT, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
