Senior Business Systems Analyst- People & Internal Systems

HealthEdge is expanding and consolidating its Business Technology capabilities following recent mergers. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will own and improve enterprise integrations, administer Claude Enterprise, drive responsible AI platform adoption, automate business processes, and partner with stakeholders to design scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the integration layer. Share ownership of our active integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance and more — monitoring health, resolving failures, and improving reliability over time
• Administer Claude Enterprise. Share day-to-day administration of our Claude Enterprise environment — workspace and user provisioning, roles and permissions, usage, security configuration and integration with SSO/identity systems
• Drive AI platform adoption. Partner with teams across the business to roll out Claude — building onboarding paths, usage guidelines and internal enablement so adoption is broad and responsible
• Configure and improve. Work across enterprise systems and with business stakeholders, providing input on business processes, condition rules and security to support evolving needs
• Automate what shouldn't be manual. Identify and eliminate repetitive work through business process automation, calculated fields, iPaaS tooling, and Claude-powered workflows
• Measure what matters. Connect what you build to outcomes — integration uptime, data quality, Claude adoption and usage, process cycle time. Know whether your solution moved the needle and explain impact in business terms, not just technical ones
• Be the trusted partner. Embed yourself in how teams actually work, surfacing friction before stakeholders have to tell you about it, translating what you find into requirements, and building the case for what needs to change
• Think in systems. Design solutions for longevity — upstream and downstream, anticipating what breaks three hops down the road, building for scale rather than just solving today's problem
• Bring an AI-first lens to the work. Use AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate your own output — analysis, documentation, testing, solution design — and look for opportunities to bring that lens to how the business operates
• Grow with the team. As HealthEdge scales and the Business Technology team matures, there's real opportunity to expand into broader systems, integrations and AI platform ownership — for the right person who wants to keep growing
• Build institutional knowledge. Maintain thorough documentation of system configuration, integration architecture, data flows and Claude governance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business systems, integrations or IT platform roles — with direct, hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise integrations (APIs, EIB-style tooling, Core Connectors or similar)
• Experience administering an enterprise SaaS or AI platform (Claude Enterprise, or similar — e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT Enterprise) including access management, security configuration and governance
• Strong working knowledge of integration patterns — APIs, SFTP, middleware, SSO and how data moves between enterprise systems — and proven ability to troubleshoot when things break in production
• Hands-on experience with automation — business process logic, calculated fields, or iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi or similar) — and a track record of reducing manual work
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI platforms and how they get adopted inside a business — you understand both the technical configuration and the change-management side of a rollout
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configuration — you understand both the technical and functional sides of the platforms you own
• Strong data fluency — you validate, interpret and explain data clearly, and understand how system configuration decisions affect what lands downstream
• Comfort with ambiguity — this team is building its own playbook and you'll help write it; you don't need a perfect brief to get started
• Clear communicator who translates technical complexity for business and non-technical audiences without losing the substance
• Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, or similar) as they apply to enterprise data, AI platform usage and cross-system data flows
• AI-first by default: you already reach for AI tools in your daily work, experiment on your own, and are genuinely curious about what comes next — not just willing to use AI when asked
• Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment
• Long periods of time sitting and/or standing in front of a computer using video technology
• May require travel dependent on company needs
