Learning Technology Specialist, AI & Digital Content

ABOUT YOU

Are you a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude? Are you effective at managing multiple initiatives at once, very detail-oriented, and organized, like to be busy and productive, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment? If the answer is, "Yes!" then you may be just who we're looking for!

The Learning Technology Specialist owns the tools, systems, and content pipeline that power learning across AMN - with a particular focus on the LMS, learning analytics, and using AI tools to accelerate content and video development. This role also supports instructional design work, but the core of the job is technical: administering learning platforms, building reporting, and modernizing how content gets created.
