Lead Technical Consultant - ITAM

Introduction

The Lead Technical Consultant - ITAM is a key role within our team, responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). This individual will be involved in daily agile meetings, development, working sessions, and consulting on ITAM implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise in ITAM HAM/SAM to support daily agile meetings and development processes.
• Consult with clients on ITAM implementation, advising on best practices and direction for the ITAM program.
• Assist in the design and implementation of ITAM workflows, including normalization, lifecycle management, and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ITAM integration with other systems and processes.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in ITAM and SAM to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Requirements

Required Skills

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow CAD certification
• CIS - HAM and SAM certifications
• Expertise in IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management
• Strong understanding of ITAM workflows and best practices
