Responsibilities
We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to support both BAU operations and HR transformation projects, delivering end-to-end system enhancements and configuration changes. The role involves analyzing incidents, implementing Workday HCM, Benefits, Security, and Reporting solutions, and partnering with HR stakeholders to design scalable solutions. Candidates should have experience with Workday Business Process Configuration, Advanced Reporting, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and APIs. You will also support testing, documentation, and successful project delivery in a global HR environment.
