Senior Project Manage

3 Capital Ventures is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee strategic initiatives across its investment and internal operations. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders and resources, tracking budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and improving processes that support portfolio companies and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Coordinate project timelines, manage resources and budgets, and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Refine project management frameworks, identify risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in processes that support portfolio companies and internal teams
• Collaboration with investment professionals, founders, and external partners is central to the role, requiring clear communication and structured documentation

Requirements:

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in Program Management, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives and aligning them to strategic objectives
• Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making in a venture or technology-focused environment
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within financial and time constraints
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and structured problem-solving
• Previous experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, or high-growth tech/SAAS environments is highly beneficial
