Product Manager – Orthopedics

Curonix is a medical device company focused on peripheral nerve stimulation and orthopedic applications. The Product Manager, Orthopedics supports product marketing strategy, launches, lifecycle management, content development, sales enablement, surgeon engagement, and cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of product marketing plans, launch strategies, and lifecycle management initiatives across the orthopedic portfolio
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation strategies
• Conduct ongoing market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight gathering to inform marketing strategy
• Coordinate new product launch activities including sales training materials, collateral development, and go-to-market execution
• Develop and manage a broad range of marketing assets including sales aids, procedure guides, clinical summaries, digital content, and surgeon-facing education materials
• Partner with Sales and Field teams to understand content needs and ensure materials are clinically relevant, compliant, and commercially effective
• Manage the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review and approval process for all promotional materials
• Serve as a key resource for the field sales organization, providing product knowledge support, marketing tools, and pull-through programs
• Participate in field rides, surgeon meetings, and society events to develop firsthand customer and market insight
• Support the development and delivery of sales training programs for new and existing products
• Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with surgeon advocates
• Support the coordination of surgeon education programs, cadaveric training labs, and clinical advisory board meetings
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory to support pipeline development, clinical evidence generation, and product clearance activities
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on annual planning, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Assist in the planning and execution of presence at key industry conferences including AAOS, and other relevant society meetings

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in medical device marketing, product management, sales, or a related commercial role; orthopedic or surgical specialty experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing content and execute tactical programs in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with the orthopedic surgeon call point, hospital and ASC dynamics, and the surgical adoption process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, compelling commercial messaging
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms a plus
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including field rides, training events, and industry conferences
