Remote Representative | Customer Services Advisor

AO Globe Life provides life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits to working families. The Remote Insurance Representative role involves conducting virtual client consultations, educating clients about insurance benefits, assisting with applications and enrollment, and providing ongoing customer support and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled client consultations through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly and professionally
• Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service
• Provide support before, during, and after enrollment
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
• Maintain timely follow-up communication
• Keep accurate digital client records
• Follow applicable company procedures and state requirements
• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend weekly coaching and professional development sessions
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
• Strengthen communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Develop product and industry knowledge
• Participate in leadership development opportunities
