Job Title - PeopleSoft Time & Labor Functional Consultant

Contract Duration - 3+ Months (15-20 hours Weekly )

This role is based in the US and only open to citizens and permanent residents of the US who do not require visa sponsorship.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Time & Labor Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities. Candidates with experience in Public Sector, State Government, Colleges, or Universities are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in PeopleSoft Time & Labor (T&L), including configuration, enhancements, and production support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft Time & Labor solutions.
• Configure Time and Labor rules, Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Time Reporters, Schedules, and Time Administration.
• Support integrations between Time & Labor and Payroll, Absence Management, HR, and other PeopleSoft modules.
• Develop and execute functional test plans, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT.
• Troubleshoot Time & Labor issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Work closely with business users, HR/payroll teams, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Strong understanding of Time Administration and Time Reporting.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll and Core HR is preferred.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting is preferred.
