Overview:

Our client, nationally oriented accounting firm with comprehensive capabilities, seeks accomplished Senior Internal Audit Associate – Asset Management/Real Estate.

*** Duration: 3 months (October–December)

Notes:

• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week
• The client operates across Central and Pacific Time Zones.
• The contractor is expected to work primarily during Central Time business hours.
• Occasional meetings may be scheduled as late as 4:00 PM Pacific Time, though this is uncommon.
• A laptop will be provided.
• A background check and reference check will be required as part of the onboarding process.

Description:

• Seeking an Associate or Senior Associate-level Internal Audit professional for a short-term, part-time engagement.
• The resource will support internal audit activities within the financial services sector, with a particular focus on Asset Management, Real Estate portfolios, and investment operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior internal audit experience within the financial services industry is required.
• Must have familiarity with Asset Management.
• Must have experience or strong knowledge of Real Estate investment portfolios.
• Must have an understanding of investment operations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Availability to work primarily during Central Time business hours.
