Senior Systematic PMs, Quant Researchers, Quant Developers & Engineers

Platinum & Partners is a specialist systematic and quantitative search firm working with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and asset managers. The firm is hiring Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Researchers, Quantitative Developers, and Software and Systems Engineers for systematic and quantitative mandates involving alpha generation, research infrastructure, execution systems, trading platforms, and production engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Managers — individuals and pods. Alpha-generating systematic and quant PMs with a verifiable live track record. We are mandated on both single hires and full team lift-outs, and our clients are equipped to move quickly on an established pod
• Quantitative Researchers. Signal research, alpha generation, portfolio construction and machine learning, across cash equities, futures, options and credit
• Quantitative Developers. Research infrastructure, backtesting frameworks, execution systems and production trading platforms
• Software and Systems Engineers. Low-latency and mid-frequency trading systems, exchange connectivity, market data and production engineering

Requirements:

• Portfolio Managers: a verifiable live track record, meaningful capital managed, consistent profitability and a strategy with demonstrable capacity to scale
• Researchers, developers and engineers: a minimum of five years within a systematic or quantitative environment, with real production or live-trading exposure
• Current or recent experience at a hedge fund, multi-strategy platform, proprietary trading firm or market maker
• Strategies you can move cleanly, without contractual or intellectual property complications
