Senior Project Manage

Taxation in Ethiopia provides guidance related to Ethiopian taxation. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of tax-related content, tools, and advisory initiatives while managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of tax-related content, tools, and advisory initiatives for Taxation in Ethiopia
• Managing multiple projects, setting timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that outputs meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, allocate resources, and mitigate risks
• Monitoring budgets, preparing status reports, optimizing workflows, and improving processes for efficient execution
• Engaging with internal and external partners to ensure that projects support the needs of businesses and startups seeking guidance on Ethiopian taxation

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support evidence-based decision-making
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, present updates, and provide clear written documentation
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, manage, and monitor project financials responsibly
• Familiarity with Ethiopian tax regulations or strong willingness and ability to learn the Ethiopian tax framework quickly
• Proficiency with project management tools and collaborative platforms in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
• Experience managing remote and part-time teams, preferably in professional services, consulting, or financial/taxation contexts
