UAT Lead || Whippany NJ

Role: Test Manager / UAT Lead with Trading, Capital Markets, Tax, or Regulatory applications.

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Develop UAT strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate with business users, BAs, development, and QA teams.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and closure.
• Provide regular status reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage against business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate business sign-off and production readiness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Required Skills: UAT Management, Test Planning & Execution, Defect Management, Jira/ALM, Test Management, Stakeholder Management.

Preferred: Banking experience, preferably within Trading, Capital Markets, Tax, or Regulatory applications.
