Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Aorzon Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents and autonomous multi-agent systems for enterprise applications. The role focuses on generative AI, LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG architectures, and production-grade AI engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases
• Build agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
• Develop LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms
• Implement advanced RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge retrieval
• Design agent planning, memory, tool calling, API integrations, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Deploy scalable, secure, and reliable AI applications in production environments
• Implement LLM evaluation, observability, tracing, guardrails, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes
• Establish AI engineering best practices and mentor other engineers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or related technical fields
• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience building APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and context management
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production deployment
• Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, model evaluation, and enterprise integration
• Experience building enterprise-grade multi-agent architectures
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-to-agent communication patterns
• Experience with LLM observability, evaluation frameworks, and AI application monitoring
• Strong system design, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
• Experience leading AI initiatives or delivering end-to-end enterprise AI solutions
