Social Media, Content & Email Marketing Coordinator

Ever Lasting is a home and lifestyle brand creating expressive bedding, sleepwear, and décor. The company is seeking an entry-level coordinator to plan, create, publish, and improve social media and email content while supporting Pinterest, influencer marketing, AI-assisted creative work, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Create content about bedrooms, bedding, dorm living, sleepwear, home styling, cozy routines, and personal expression
• Plan, film, photograph, edit, write, schedule, and publish content
• Create short videos, carousels, graphics, product features, styling content, interviews, and educational posts
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
• Develop repeatable content series that build audience familiarity and engagement
• Adapt strong ideas across platforms while understanding how each platform works
• Test different hooks, topics, formats, visual styles, and calls to action
• Follow social media trends and identify which ones fit the Ever Lasting brand
• Keep content files, calendars, and production timelines organized
• Ensure content is accurate, visually polished, and on brand
• Support the email calendar through Klaviyo
• Coordinate emails with content, promotions, launches, and seasonal moments
• Write subject lines, campaign copy, product stories, and calls to action
• Build and schedule approximately one to two emails per week
• Support segmentation, personalization, subscriber growth, and deliverability
• Help review automated email flows
• Test topics, subject lines, layouts, send times, and creative formats
• Review performance and recommend improvements
• Research creators who align with Ever Lasting’s products, audience, and visual direction
• Conduct thoughtful outreach to creators and potential collaborators
• Help coordinate gifting, affiliate, user generated content, interview, and collaboration opportunities
• Write clear creative briefs while allowing creators to produce authentic work
• Track communication, products, deadlines, deliverables, permissions, and follow-ups
• Review creator content for quality and brand alignment
• Help identify creators with potential for ongoing partnerships
• Campaign and content ideas
• AI assisted lifestyle and product shoot concepts
• Bedroom scenes, moodboards, and visual mockups
• Shot lists, scripts, hooks, and storyboards

Requirements:

• Location: Remote and based in United States
• Schedule: Part time, approximately 12 to 15 hours per week
• This is an entry level, hands-on opportunity. No specific number of years of experience is required
• Your portfolio, ideas, creative ability, understanding of social media, and willingness to execute matter more than a long resume
• You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to completion
• You should understand Pinterest keywords, boards, visual optimization, trend research, scheduling, and content repurposing
• You should also understand the difference between impressions, saves, outbound clicks, traffic, and conversions
• You should be comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other creative AI tools for:
• You do not need to know every AI platform already, but you should be excited to learn and experiment
• Someone already naturally engaged with social media, creators, internet culture, and platform changes
• A genuine interest in bedrooms, dorm rooms, interiors, bedding, cozy living, fashion, or lifestyle content
• Strong visual judgment and an understanding of what makes content current and shareable
• Comfortable creating content independently from idea through publication
• Comfortable filming, photographing, editing, writing, and appearing on camera
• Able to balance creativity with data and business goals
• A clear and engaging writer
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with deadlines
• Comfortable receiving creative direction and applying feedback
• Confident proposing ideas and taking responsibility for executing them
• Able to work independently without waiting for every step to be assigned
• Highly resourceful when facing unfamiliar or complex tasks
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, or similar tools
• Marketing, communications, media, design, or related education is preferred, but not required
• You already create bedroom, dorm, interior, home décor, sleepwear, or cozy lifestyle content
• You have grown your own account or supported an account for a brand, creator, club, or organization
• You have strong Pinterest experience
• You have worked with influencers, affiliates, or user generated content
• You have created AI assisted campaigns, images, mockups, or digital shoots
• You understand basic email and paid marketing principles
• Your portfolio demonstrates strong taste, originality, curiosity, and follow-through
• Your resume
• A portfolio or links to content and social accounts you have created
• Examples of video, photography, design, writing, or email work
• Any Pinterest account, board, or campaign you have managed
