Product Manager

Ensora Health provides software and services for mental and behavioral health therapists, including practice management, electronic medical records, e-prescribing, and billing solutions. The Product Manager will own product and feature lifecycles, define roadmaps, leverage customer and market insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and use data to drive product strategy, optimization, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned products and features, from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization
• Define and communicate product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities
• Proactively identify emerging trends, customer challenges, and competitive insights to inform future product strategy
• Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements and innovations
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Use critical thinking and data-driven decision making to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, and solve complex business problems
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by testing new ideas, challenging assumptions, and driving product innovation
• Develop and maintain clear product requirements, documentation, and knowledge resources that support successful execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated success managing the lifecycle of products or features from concept through launch and enhancement
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments
• Experience leveraging customer insights, market research, and data to influence product direction and prioritization
• Ability to anticipate future customer needs and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines
• A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for building products that create meaningful customer value
• Preferred experience with pricing packaging and subscription management solutions
