We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content Developer for a long-term onsite opportunity in downtown Houston. This role will provide hands-on development, configuration, customization, and production support for Oracle WebCenter Content 12c, WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR), and Capture 12c while supporting an ongoing upgrade to WebCenter Content 14c.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Oracle WebCenter Content experience, including RIDC, along with 2-3+ years of WFR and Capture experience. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management concepts, SQL, Oracle databases, metadata, workflows, security, and legacy content migrations is required. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, Elasticsearch, Linux, and WebCenter Content 14c is preferred.
This position is 100% onsite in downtown Houston
Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience configuring and customizing Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (formerly Stellent/UCM), including RIDC.
2-3+ years of experience with Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management concepts and processes, including metadata, taxonomies, records management, workflows, search, and security.
Experience migrating content from legacy repositories into Oracle WebCenter Content.
Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of Oracle Database.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle WebCenter Content 14c or WebCenter upgrade experience.
Java, Spring Boot, JSP, or React experience.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and XML experience.
Elasticsearch experience.
Experience integrating Oracle WebCenter Content with other business applications.
Experience developing custom WebCenter Content user interfaces.
Linux system administration experience.
Experience working within Change Management and SOX-controlled environments.
