Special Projects – Partner Management (Temp)

Pathward is a financial empowerment company focused on increasing financial availability, choice, and opportunity. The Special Projects – Partner Management (Temp) role reviews partner documentation, maintains Salesforce records, monitors service-level adherence, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and supports Salesforce workflow implementations and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed reviews of partner documentation and supporting materials for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to program requirements for IDV/CIP/EDD execution
• Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities, cases, onboarding records, and workflow activities according to defined standards and procedures
• Monitor SLA adherence and help ensure timely completion of governance and operational tasks
• Coordinate with Partner Quality, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Account Management teams to facilitate documentation for Salesforce assets
• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and status updates related to Salesforce updates
• Support implementation and testing of new Salesforce workflows, automation initiatives, and process improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, compliance, quality assurance, account management, or a related field
• Strong document review, editing, and quality assurance skills
• Demonstrated Salesforce proficiency, including case management, reporting, workflow navigation, and data integrity practices
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, or operational controls
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
