Cheiron is building an AI-native operating system for drug programs, centered on a Life Sciences Knowledge Graph that connects biomedical, clinical, regulatory, patent, and commercial knowledge. The Full Stack Engineer, Applied AI will build Cheiron's core product and infrastructure across backend systems, AI workflows, RAG and search pipelines, APIs, and customer-facing features.
