As a Commerce Solution Architect role, we are looking for someone who can confidently lead strategic and technical conversations with CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, enterprise architects, and executive stakeholders while shaping large-scale commerce transformation initiatives for global brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable defining composable commerce strategies, leading architecture workshops, designing implementation roadmaps, estimating complex enterprise programs, and supporting presales and go-to-market initiatives. You should have deep expertise across modern commerce platforms such as Order Cloud, BigCommerce, Shopify, and headless/composable commerce ecosystems, along with strong understanding of DXP, CMS, Mar tech, AI, and enterprise integrations.

 

This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across solutioning, strategy, presales, innovation, and client engagement, and can architect scalable digital commerce ecosystems aligned with evolving business and customer experience needs.

 

What will you do:

• Lead solution architecture and design discussions for enterprise-level digital commerce and e-commerce transformation projects.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and recommend scalable commerce solutions.
• Design modern commerce ecosystems using headless, composable, and API-driven architecture approaches.
• Conduct client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and architecture presentations for business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams on solutioning, effort estimation, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Define integration approaches across commerce platforms, CMS/DXP, CRM, ERP, PIM, OMS, and payment systems.
• Provide architectural guidance during project delivery to ensure performance, scalability, security, and quality standards are maintained.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital commerce, including composable commerce, cloud platforms, and AI-driven customer experience solutions.

 

Who you are

• 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale digital commerce solutions.
• Strong expertise in Order Cloud, BigCommerce, Shopify, and composable/headless commerce architecture.
• Experience integrating commerce platforms with CMS, DXP, CRM, ERP, PIM, OMS, and payment gateway systems.
• Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, MACH, and cloud-native architecture principles.
• Proven experience in presales, solutioning, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working with enterprise and CXO-level clients.
