Overview: Seeking an experienced Lead LIMS Engineer to design, implement, integrate, and support LabVantage LIMS solutions in regulated Life Sciences environments. Role involves leading enterprise implementations, upgrades, integrations, and global support while ensuring GxP/CSV compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as enterprise LabVantage SME & technical lead
Define architecture, governance, and best practices
Lead implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
Configure/customize LIMS modules (R&D, QC, Manufacturing, Regulatory)
Drive automation, integrations (API, middleware, databases), and modernization
Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GMP, GLP, ALCOA+
Provide global L3 support, RCA, and preventive measures
Mentor engineers and lead crossfunctional teams
Required Skills:
10+ yrs LIMS experience, strong LabVantage expertise
Enterprisescale implementation & upgrade leadership
Deep knowledge of workflows, forms, rules, platform admin
Strong integration skills (REST/SOAP, APIs, middleware)
Oracle/SQL Server, Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML
Understanding of R&D, QC, Stability, Manufacturing, Regulatory labs
Preferred/Optional:
LabVantage certifications/training
Experience migrating legacy LIMS LabVantage
Knowledge of ELN, LES, CDS, SDMS ecosystems
Cloud/SaaS transformation or digital modernization
Education: Bachelor s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field
