Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and UI frameworks such as React/Angular.
• Define and drive microservices-based architecture and API strategy.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and system workflows.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate applications with insurance platforms such as Guidewire.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and code reviews.
