Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level attorney for its Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. The role involves handling cutting-edge litigation related to data breaches and technology, requiring strong expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing novel legal issues in data breach and technology litigation, both direct and class action
• Handling matters from inception with minimal supervision
• Providing superior client service

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of legal experience
• Focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation
• Excellent academic background
• Strong writing, research and communication skills
• Self-starter who is able to handle matters from inception with minimal supervision
• Commitment to superior client service
• Law firm experience
• CIPP/US certification
• Knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA
• Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation
• Experience with technology/errors and omissions litigation
