Sr. Software Engineer Tier 3 Support - FreeWheel

Comcast Advertising, including its FreeWheel ad technology division, advances multiscreen TV advertising through data, technology, and premium video content. The Senior Software Engineer will provide Tier 3 production support, performing full-stack troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution, technical mentoring, and documentation for advanced advertising applications.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Respond promptly, professional, and completely to support requests
• Provide technical subject matter expertise and mentoring to junior Tier 3 engineers
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
• Perform full stack troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of medium to complex problems
• Proven in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more technical stacks (Azure / AWS cloud platforms, .Net Core, Angular, Java, Python, API’s, etc.)
• Proven in-depth knowledge and experience working in a full stack environment

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
• Proven in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more technical stacks (Azure / AWS cloud platforms, .Net Core, Angular, Java, Python, API's, etc.)
• Proven in-depth knowledge and experience working in a full stack environment
• Microsoft Azure; Problem Solving; Web Services API; Collaboration; Structured Query Language (SQL); API Development; Microsoft .NET Development
• 7-10 Years
• Bachelor's Degree
• While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
