Knowledge Prompt Analyst

DAC Beachcroft Ireland is a leading international legal business. The Knowledge Prompt Analyst will support the practical and responsible adoption of generative AI across the firm by designing prompts, advising colleagues, delivering training, maintaining knowledge resources, and identifying AI-driven improvements to legal and business workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the practical adoption of approved AI tools by working closely with individuals, teams and projects across the firm
• Design, develop and refine clear, effective prompts that support business and legal workflows
• Act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert on the use of generative AI tools
• Provide guidance and respond to queries, helping colleagues build confidence and capability
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and support materials to promote effective AI usage
• Coordinate, maintain and continually improve a central repository of prompts, use cases and user guidance
• Support the rollout of AI initiatives across the firm, ensuring alignment with governance and best practice standards
• Work alongside Knowledge and Technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
• Help curate and share successful use cases that demonstrate measurable business value
• Champion the responsible, ethical and effective use of AI within a regulated professional services environment
