Sales Engineering Coordinator

Boldyn Networks provides innovative network solutions and connectivity technologies. The Sales Engineering Coordinator supports the Sales Engineering team by coordinating project activities, preparing technical documentation, developing customer-focused solutions, and assisting with solution design, project planning, and proposal development throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Senior Sales Engineers to develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), network and wireless system designs, project estimates, and budgetary proposals
• Assist in the preparation and organization of technical and sales-related project materials
• Support the development of customer-focused solutions that align with project requirements and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and company standards
• Participate in customer site walks and site surveys to gather information necessary for solution design and project planning
• Attend internal and customer-facing meetings alongside Sales Engineering, Sales, and Operations team members
• Prepare and present project materials, design concepts, and supporting documentation during team and customer presentations
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the sales and planning process
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, estimates, and related documentation
• Organize and manage project information to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Support project coordination efforts and administrative activities for the Sales Engineering team
• Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives and business needs

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
