Supply Chain Sales Account Executive

DoorDash is a technology and logistics company that empowers local economies through delivery, marketplace, and merchant solutions. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for Supply Club and related merchant products, conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, delivering value-based pitches, and driving merchant activation. The role also involves maintaining an account pipeline and collaborating with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own pipeline of restaurant operator accounts through outbound calling, email outreach, and targeted prospecting
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to activation, selling Supply Club and adjacent merchant products and services
• Deliver clear, value-based pitches tailored to each restaurant's operational needs and help them understand the impact of consolidating purchasing with DoorDash
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every merchant you convert

Requirements:

• You have inside sales experience with a track record of hitting quotas in a high-volume outbound environment
• You're comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day and maintaining high-quality conversations at volume
• You're experienced in Google Sheets and CRM tools and keep your pipeline data accurate and up to date
• You thrive in fast-moving environments and are quick to adopt new playbooks and iterate on your approach
• You have at least 3+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
• Restaurant/hospitality B2B experience
