We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Teamcenter Architect with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Quality Management (TCQM) solutions. In this senior role, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade PLM solutions that drive quality, compliance, and engineering excellence across complex manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to align PLM strategy with business objectives.
Define end-to-end Teamcenter architecture for Quality Management modules including Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control Plans, and Inspection Management.
Lead and oversee full lifecycle implementation of TCQM modules:
- Quality Planning (Control Plans, MSA, SPC)
- Non-Conformance Management (Client / 8D)
- Quality Issue Management and problem solving (CAPA)
- FMEA (Design & Process FMEA AIAG / VDA aligned)
- Inspection Plans and Results Management
- Supplier Quality Management
- Configure and customize Teamcenter Quality workflows using Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) and ITK.
- Establish quality gates, audit trails, and electronic signatures compliant with industry standards (Preferably Medical Device Tech Industries).
Architect integrations between Teamcenter QM and ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, and other enterprise systems.
Lead the design of PLM data models, workflows, and Access Manager (AM) rule configurations aligned with quality processes.
Develop solution blueprints, architecture decision records and technical roadmaps.
Provide technical oversight to a team of Teamcenter developers and consultants.
Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure design standards and best practices are upheld.
Drive adoption of Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) for quality-centric user experiences.
Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements and technology evaluations.
Act as the primary PLM architecture SME for client and internal stakeholder discussions.
Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, solution validation, and change management.
Prepare and present architecture proposals, effort estimates, and implementation plans.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, data standards, and compliance mandates.

Deep proficiency in TCQM modules: FMEA, Control Plans, Client/8D, Inspection Management, Supplier Quality, Quality Issue & Resolution Management & CAPA.
Strong expertise in Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) data model customization, business objects, and property descriptors.
Proficiency in Teamcenter ITK (Integration Toolkit) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) APIs.
Experience with Active Workspace Client (AWC) configuration and extensions (Angular/JavaScript).
Solid understanding of Teamcenter access management, organization structures, and workflow engine.
Experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks: Dispatcher, TC_Integration framework.
Familiarity with CAD integrations: Solidworks,NX, CATIA, Creo particularly for quality-linked BOM structures.
Knowledge of reporting tools: Teamcenter Report Builder, Active Workspace embedded analytics.
Scripting and automation skills: Python, Java, or C++ for ITK/SOA extensions.
Bachelor s or master s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Siemens Teamcenter certification(s) Architect or Solution Designer level.
Experience with Teamcenter X Implementation with Teamcenter X and pre-configured industry solutions for Medical Tech Industries.
Exposure to APQP/PPAP digital workflows within Teamcenter.
Familiarity with SAP QM module for bi-directional integration design.
Understanding of closed-loop quality concepts
Experience with cloud deployments of Teamcenter (Teamcenter X / SaaS).
