Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud / Technical Lead to support cloud infrastructure, AI and data initiatives, enterprise applications, and onsite technical infrastructure at the Johns Creek, GA location.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS/cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, security, application deployment, and troubleshooting. The candidate will work closely with site teams, vendors, and global IT teams to provide hands-on technical support and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.

Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, with exposure to OT (Operational Technology) environments considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support AWS/cloud infrastructure in an onsite environment.
• Provide hands-on technical support for cloud infrastructure and site IT requirements.
• Support cloud environments for upcoming AI and data initiatives.
• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, applications, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Support integration between onsite systems and AWS/cloud platforms.
• Assist with the implementation and deployment of new software and technical solutions.
• Provide SIM/day-to-day technical support for site operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, networking, and cloud-related issues.
• Work closely with site teams, vendors, and global IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Support cloud-based application deployments and ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance for onsite infrastructure requirements.
• Identify technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support infrastructure improvements and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Follow enterprise security, infrastructure, and operational standards.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, and security.
• Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong infrastructure troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting onsite IT infrastructure and technical operations.
• Understanding of cloud-to-on-premises integration and connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking, server, application, and cloud issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) environments.
• Experience supporting AI and data initiatives in cloud environments.
• Experience working with site infrastructure, plant IT, or industrial technology environments.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and global IT teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud security and infrastructure best practices.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical degree.
