Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project, release, and change management, enterprise change governance tools, and Agile delivery, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project or small program deliverables across multiple teams.


• Communicate objectives, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.


• Provide end-to-end visibility into health, schedule, scope, quality, and cost, including status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.


• Facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.


• Manage dependencies, remove impediments, and promote collaboration across organizations to meet timelines.


• Support resource planning, project financial management, and test estimation activities.


• Develop and manage detailed project plans, track action items, and maintain required documentation and tracking systems.


• Schedule and facilitate regular and ad hoc meetings, set agendas, and document minutes and action items.


• Identify, assign, escalate, and resolve risks and issues through closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of end-to-end project, release, and change management experience.


• Hands-on experience as a Change Manager, including change reviews and approvals.


• Proficiency with BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and JIRA for workflow, incident, problem, and change management.


• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban processes.


• Strong project documentation review skills and adherence to standards and controls.


• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with effective risk and issue management.


• Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to present status and metrics to senior leaders and executives.


• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.


• Project financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large enterprise environments with formal Enterprise Change Management.


• Background in incident and problem management with ITIL-aligned practices.
