Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Genesys IVR, contact center solutions, conversational AI, and cloud platforms and a proven ability to design, deliver, and support scalable voice and chat self-service solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support IVR, voice, and chat solutions in cloud environments following established engineering and quality practices.


• Partner with business and technology teams to align solutions with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.


• Advance customer experiences by building AI-powered capabilities including conversational voice, chat, intelligent automation, and virtual assistants.


• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance solution quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Primary Skill: Genesys IVR with depth across multiple implementations.


• Strong AI skills using Microsoft Copilot for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and analysis.


• Proficiency in SQL including joins, aggregations, and optimization.


• Experience with data mapping, business rules documentation, report validation, and data quality checks.


• Hands-on experience creating reports, datasets, workflows, and analytics with large data volumes.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic and reporting solutions with attention to detail.


• Capability to troubleshoot data issues, performance issues, and reporting discrepancies.


• Strong presentation skills and experience managing expectations of senior stakeholders across Technology and Lines of Business.


• Effective communication skills to collaborate with business users, technology teams, and data stakeholders.


• Proficiency in UX/UI design using GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot to create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and design specifications.


• Experience with AI-assisted development for generating front-end code, reusable UI components, responsive designs, and accessibility-compliant experiences.


• Design-thinking skills with usability testing, design optimization, rapid prototyping, and iterative enhancement experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, and voice bots on cloud contact center platforms.


• Background with additional Genesys components and integrations across enterprise ecosystems.

Engagement Details

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.


• Interview process includes 1-2 rounds. Video and in-person are required. Glider ID verification applies.


• Target start month: October or November.


• Hours per day: 8. Labor type: Technical.
