* Compute Grid Management: Monitor, manage, and triage issues within high-performance compute environments (e.g., LSF, Grid Engine, or Slurm) to ensure optimal job scheduling and resource utilization.
* EDA License Triaging: Track, debug, and resolve license checkout failures, denials, and server sync issues for major EDA vendors (Synopsys, Cadence, SiemensMentor).
* CICD Pipeline Support: Troubleshoot and resolve automated build, test, and simulation failures within our hardware CI infrastructure.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with hardware design engineers, CAD teams, and IT infrastructure to provide rapid root-cause analysis and minimize engineering downtime.
Qualifications & Skills-
Technical Requirements-
* EDA Tools & Workflows: Strong familiarity with semiconductor design flows and backend compute environments.
* Grid Computing: Hands-on experience triaging distributed resource management systems (e.g., IBM Spectrum LSF, Slurm, Altair Grid Engine).
* License Management: Experience managing and debugging FlexLM FlexNet publisher systems.
* CICD Platforms: Proficiency in triaging pipeline disruptions in Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
* Scripting & Automation: Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Perl for automated log analysis and environment checking.
Soft Skills-
* Exceptionally strong problem-solving and rapid debugging skills under pressure.
