Requirement:
Client is looking to bring on a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the Digital Technology OLB (online banking) delivery team. The BSA will play a critical role as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery and support for the OLB delivery team with small feature enhancements and general project support. The consultant will help with documentation, release coordination, triaging requests and taking on other responsibilities as needed.
Role:
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support Fiserv-based banking, payments, or card-services platforms by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. This role partners with product owners, engineering teams, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements, integrations, and support for Fiserv solutions. This role spans multiple complex product areas across BECU, acting as a mentor to other BSAs and partnering closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective delivery.

Must Have 7+ years working with business software applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
Must have extremely strong BSA experience (Gathering Requirements, release management, documentation, triaging requests etc..)
Must have practical experience with the financial services domain, including exposure to larger scale implementations and the ability to develop strong business cases involving financial analysis and risk assessment.
Must have Hands-on experience with one or more Fiserv platforms (DNA, Precision, Signature, Premier, Clover, Payments, Card Services, EFT, etc.).
Must have experience with Azure DevOps for managing teams
Must have advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to analyze, report, and validate data at the source using various methods and tools.
Must have demonstrated capability to influence project outcomes with authority, exhibit self-confidence, and manage projects effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment.
