Location: Charlotte, NC and New Jersey

Required Skills: IBM CMOD, ODWEK API, Mainframe, and Content Navigator

Job description:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) administration and configuration.
Strong experience with ODWEK API integration and enterprise content management solutions.
Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong Mainframe experience for running jobs, reports, and supporting CMOD workflows.
Hands-on knowledge of ARSLOAD, indexers, application groups, and CMOD system tables.
Troubleshoot CMOD loading, indexing, retrieval, and archive-related issues.
Strong SQL skills with DB2 or Oracle for queries, schemas, and data integrity.
Experience supporting AIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
Strong knowledge of storage sets, caching, retention policies, and archive performance.
Provide L2/L3 production support, Java application troubleshooting, and automation using shell scripting.
