Senior Business Analyst

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large, complex federal program. The role leads contractual deliverable tracking, award fee self-assessments, quarterly PMRs, performance dashboards, travel and expense reconciliation, and risk and issue management in a fully remote position within the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contract schedules and quality; ensure timely compliance with government requirements
• Lead Award Fee presentations twice a year; prepare quarterly PMRs with actionable insights
• Maintain SharePoint dashboards for staffing, deliverables, risks, and issues; communicate key trends to leadership
• Submit and reconcile Travel Authorization Requests per policy
• Work with the Risk Manager to update logs, capture notes, and follow up on action items
• Support budget and profitability efforts; collaborate with stakeholders as needed
• Coordinate across teams; provide training and mentorship for procedure consistency and service excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
• Experience: 8+ years in business analysis, operations, or program/business office roles; demonstrated success across government contracting, financial services, and operational leadership
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint; Jira (risk/issue tracking)
• Familiarity with award fee processes, PMR development, federal deliverable compliance, and travel authorization protocols
