IP Recruiter Group is recruiting for a highly regarded intellectual property group serving sophisticated high-tech clients. The role focuses primarily on preparing and prosecuting patents involving computer science and software technologies, while also requiring strong technical writing and direct interaction with inventors and clients.

Responsibilities:

• The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents
• You will deal directly with inventors and clients

Requirements:

• Likely a degree in computer science or computer engineering
• Other engineering discipline will be considered if you have an exceptional software and computer science background
• Must have excellent writing ability and be able to provide writing samples
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, as you will deal directly with inventors and clients
• USPTO license is not required, but certainly a desire to pass the USPTO exam and grow as a patent practitioner
