Vice President of Project Management

AlphaX Holding is seeking an executive leader to oversee its project management function and portfolio. The role is responsible for aligning strategic project execution with business objectives, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards, and developing project management capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s project management operations and project portfolio
• Establish project management strategies, standards, processes, and performance metrics
• Ensure major projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Allocate resources and prioritize projects based on strategic business needs
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
• Provide regular project status updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Develop and mentor project management teams and strengthen organizational project management capabilities
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, business units, and executive leadership
• Continuously improve project management methodologies, governance, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related leadership function
• Significant experience leading complex, large-scale, or cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, resource management, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant professional certification is preferred
