We are looking for senior InfoSec Technology Program / Delivery Managers who can drive complex programs from execution to completion — not simply track status or maintain PMO reports.
✅ 15+ years of overall experience, ideally within a large financial institution
✅ Strong Information Security + Technology background
✅ Proven Program / Project / Portfolio Delivery experience
✅ Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Ability to challenge resistance, escalate issues, and drive decisions
✅ Self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
✅ Demonstrated ability to personally drive critical deliverables
✅ Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
🔹 Direct experience with a Top 5 US Bank
🔹 Hands-on technical background — BA / Developer / Engineer
🔹 PMP / CSM / Six Sigma certifications
🔹 Financial Services / Banking experience
🔹 Experience managing complex InfoSec initiatives and technology programs
