PROJECT MANAGER

Apis Services, Inc. provides shared services and operational support to health and human service organizations. The Senior Project Manager will lead strategic reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and technology initiatives, serving as a liaison between business leaders and technical teams. The role manages projects from initiation through implementation and adoption while supporting prioritization, decision-making, and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial request through implementation, adoption, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
• Partner with executives, affiliate leaders, and subject matter experts to identify and validate business needs
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable project requirements for technical teams
• Facilitate discussions that uncover root causes rather than simply addressing surface-level requests
• Prioritize competing initiatives based on organizational impact, business value, and available resources
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and IT resources
• Ensure technical teams receive complete, accurate, and well-defined project requirements
• Coordinate reporting, analytics, business intelligence, systems implementation, and technology initiatives
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of delivered solutions to ensure long-term success
• Build consensus among stakeholders while confidently navigating challenging conversations and competing priorities
• Support organizational leadership in making strategic decisions around project prioritization and resource allocation

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• • Experience managing projects within a Business-to-Business (B2B) software, technology, SaaS, or similar environment
• • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
• • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
• • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• • Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and adoption
• • Ability to influence decision-making and drive accountability across teams
• • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings
• • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions
• • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certification
• • Experience within complex multi-entity or enterprise organizations
• • Familiarity with data governance, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools
• • Experience working with engineering, software development, or technical implementation teams
