Sales & Marketing Data Analyst

ServiceMaster Brands provides residential and commercial services in restoration, cleaning, moving, and bioremediation through a network of franchise locations. The Sales & Marketing Data Analyst will lead reporting, insights, customer and market analysis for the ServiceMaster Restore brand, developing dashboards, analyzing pricing and competitive intelligence, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports related to sales & marketing (pipeline, revenue, leads, marketing performance, CRM adoption, engagement, etc.)
• Track KPIs across sales and marketing initiatives to help leadership understand progress, gaps, and opportunities
• Provide regular reporting summaries for leadership meetings, business planning sessions, and performance updates
• Monitor trends across territories, markets, franchise locations, sales teams, customer segments, and marketing channels
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to support reporting, performance tracking, and business decision-making
• Create PowerPoint decks and executive summaries that clearly communicate data trends, key takeaways, and recommended actions
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee the design and execution of advanced analytics models to derive insights into customer behavior, market trends, and pricing effectiveness
• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and optimize pricing models, ensuring they are aligned with business goals
• Deeply understand the inner workings of the business to spot problems, misalignment, and opportunities for simplicity that you can work collaboratively to resolve
• Establish key reporting and data analysis to monitor trends with existing customers and identify opportunities & threats that sales, marketing & operations may need to resource against
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of strategies and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics to inform adjustments to our own pricing strategies
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership based on competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of strategies with overall business objectives
• Provide guidance on pricing implications for new initiatives, promotions, and other strategic drivers
• Work collaboratively with department heads to digitize and systematize company processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Partner across every level of the sales and sales enablement teams to ensure they have the tools and data they need to effectively provide solutions for our customers

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least fiveyearsrelated experiencerequired
• Salesor Marketingexperience in the service industry preferred
• Multi-unit franchise experience preferred
