Kearney Senior Business Analyst, Strategic Operations (SOP) Plan Tower

Kearney is a consulting firm whose Strategic Operations practice provides clients with honest advice and practical guidance. The Senior Business Analyst will help define and implement strategies, contribute to the growth of the Strategic Operations practice, and support planning and operations transformations for clients.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients
• Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment
• Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
• Demand Forecasting
• Distribution requirements planning
• Rough cut capacity planning
• Inventory Management
• SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
• E2E Planning Transformation
• Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)

• Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable commutable distance of one of the following Kearney office locations: New York, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., or Detroit
• This role requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs
