AI Engineer

Yara is building an AI-powered platform to improve how people find work through professional profiles, smart matching, and personalized support. The AI Engineer role is part of Yara’s network application for engineers who build and deploy LLM-powered and agentic products, with responsibilities centered on production integrations, software engineering, and applied AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• You've shipped something LLM-powered that real people used, at work or on your own
• You know the difference between a wrapper and a system, because you've had to fix the wrapper
• You keep up. New models, new patterns, new tooling, weekly
• Your agent work sits on real engineering fundamentals, and interviews confirm it
• You want to work at the companies defining this wave, from seed to scale
• Production LLM integration: tool-calling, RAG, evals, observability
• Strong software fundamentals in TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Shipped agentic products or serious agentic side projects
• Experience at a startup or high-bar engineering org is a plus
• Links to anything agentic you've built
