Independent Clinical Laboratory Sales / Account Development Representative

Wren Laboratories is a clinical laboratory operation serving healthcare providers and facilities across the United States. The Independent Clinical Laboratory Sales / Account Development Representative will develop new healthcare accounts, introduce laboratory services, build provider relationships, support onboarding, and coordinate account needs with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new physician offices, clinics, healthcare facilities, and other provider accounts
• Introduce and explain our laboratory services using company-approved materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
• Help new accounts get started and coordinate onboarding with the laboratory team
• Serve as a point of contact for account needs, service questions, and workflow support
• Coordinate with laboratory, billing, logistics, and other team members when needed
• Maintain appropriate account and follow-up records
• Represent Pure Diagnostic and Wren Laboratories professionally and in accordance with applicable company policies and healthcare requirements

Requirements:

• Have experience in clinical laboratory sales, medical sales, healthcare business development, or account management
• Already have relationships with physician offices, clinics, nursing facilities, urgent care centers, or other healthcare providers
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are self-motivated and comfortable developing and managing their own territory
• Understand physician-office or laboratory workflows
• Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States and develop accounts within their existing market or territory
