Full-Stack Software Engineer IV (.NET/Angular/cybersecurity)- Remote

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Senior/Level 4 Full-Stack Software Engineer IV to support multiple application teams. The role focuses on vulnerability remediation, secure coding, cybersecurity-related development, documentation, and completing security work across Angular/.NET applications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vulnerability remediation across primarily Angular/.NET customer-facing applications
• Identify and implement security-related code and configuration changes
• Update applications to meet established cybersecurity and coding standards
• Document all changes and remediation work
• Work directly with application teams and participate in daily standups
• Take ownership of assigned mini-projects and drive them through completion
• Transition between teams/applications as remediation projects are completed
• Quickly learn each application's purpose, architecture, and existing technology before making changes
• Follow established development, testing, and deployment processes

Requirements:

• • Seven (7) years of experience
• • Strong .NET software development experience
• • Angular — required
• • Hands-on experience with vulnerability remediation and/or secure software development
• • Experience securing APIs and application code
• • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices
• • Ability to work within CI/CD development environments
• • GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jira experience
• • Strong ability to quickly learn unfamiliar applications and technology environments
• • React experience
• • Experience with regulated or highly secure industries
• • Banking/financial services experience is preferred but not required
• • Experience with origination or servicing platforms
• • Familiarity with payment APIs, payment processing, or financial transaction integrations
• • Experience with OWASP API Security and CIS Benchmarks
• • Vault experience
• • AWS exposure
