We are looking for an experienced Computer Specialist to support the design, development, maintenance, testing, and support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, MIS teams, programmers, and project managers to develop system solutions, resolve issues, support users, and improve application functionality.
Develop system design specifications and technical documentation.
Analyze existing systems and identify improvements, enhancements, and alternative solutions.
Gather and document user requirements and prepare User Requirement Documents (URDs) and system specifications.
Analyze existing system data and prepare statistical, operational, and performance reports.
Work with managers, senior programmers, support staff, and project managers to plan system implementations and enhancements.
Support browser-based applications and systems that integrate with mobile platforms.
Assist with systems supporting housing, inspections, landlord information, apartment availability, client matching, and related business processes.
Support document imaging and integration with enterprise document repositories.
Ensure applications support security, data integrity, and applicable business requirements.
Provide user support and resolve application and system issues.
Coordinate with MIS and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Prepare user guides, tutorials, and training materials for new and existing applications.
Conduct user training and periodic group meetings.
