Seeking an Expert Software Developer to serve as a Java Developer and Technical Lead for the New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON) project. The selected candidate will drive architecture design, model system interactions, develop responsive user interfaces, and handle end-to-end software development and deployment tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems.
Develop and modify technical design specifications, technical writing, and system documentation.
Design, build, and maintain user interfaces and responsive web pages.
Perform full lifecycle software development and deployment, including coding, testing, and implementation.
Conduct knowledge transfer through technical documentation and training sessions for ongoing application support.
