Project Manager - Automation/AI Team

CVS Health is a healthcare company focused on creating a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. The Project Manager will govern, prioritize, coordinate, and deliver AI and automation initiatives within the Service Operations PSS Center of Excellence, including use-case development, stakeholder collaboration, reporting, and post-implementation monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and AI use cases and to deliver AI-enabled solutions to meet operational challenges
• Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
• Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination
• Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews
• Support executive presentations and leadership updates
• Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress
• Stay current with AI trends, tools and regulatory developments

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in project management
• Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks
• Experience developing AI use cases
• Strong organizational, change management and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience preparing executive-facing materials
• Bachelor's degree or recent certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Applied AI related fields or equivalent demonstrated work experience
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects or programs
• Experience with AI platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot), and data visualization/reporting
