Customer Service Representative

Cornel's Plumbing, Heating & Air is a locally owned and operated home services company seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role handles customer communications, appointment scheduling, record maintenance, outbound calls, dispatch support, and cross-department coordination to deliver a high-level customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a high-volume environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and the general public
• Book, confirm, and follow up on scheduled appointments and service requests
• Maintain strong, healthy relationships with customers and clearly communicate the benefits of working with Cornel’s
• Accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed records in the system
• Assist with outbound calling to support appointment and scheduling needs
• Meet all department performance standards, including call availability, call quality, and productivity benchmarks
• Support dispatch operations as needed
• Cross-department communication to ensure high-level customer experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of customer service or office experience (trades industry preferred)
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable handling high call volumes
• Punctual and ready to greet customers at the start of each shift
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Dependable and team-oriented
• Career-minded and eager for professional growth
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Dispatching experience preferred but not required
