Senior Product Manager

Baker Hughes provides industrial inspection technologies and non-destructive testing solutions through Waygate Technologies. The Senior Product Manager will define and execute strategy for video borescope products, lead the full product lifecycle, and drive customer-focused commercialization, financial performance, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing multi-year product strategy and roadmap for video borescope product lines
• Developing deep customer and market insights to guide product decisions
• Leading cross-functional product development initiatives
• Driving commercialization and go-to-market execution, including product-market fit, channel strategy, pricing, and commercial models
• Owning product line financial performance and profitability
• Managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and sustainment
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams to execute portfolio strategy
• Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities
• Establishing KPIs and governance frameworks to track and sustain improvements
• Managing stakeholders and presenting to various organizational levels to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have 5–10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles
• Have proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Have strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data for decision-making
• Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Have experience with CRM systems, operational data environments, and digital transformation initiatives
• Onsite travel is required
• This position requires current work authorization in the country of employment
• Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above
