Customer Service Representative

E-State Real Estate Media helps real estate agents generate buyers and sellers through Facebook and Instagram advertising. The Client Success Manager / Junior Paid Media Strategist will onboard and support clients, coordinate campaign launches, monitor basic advertising and lead-flow performance, and help improve client retention and success processes.

Responsibilities:

• Help new clients complete onboarding
• Collect Facebook, Instagram, CRM, calendar, and business information
• Help clients understand how our ad system works
• Coordinate scripts, filming, editing, and approvals
• Help launch campaigns within seven days
• Check that funnels, forms, calendars, and CRM systems work correctly
• Review basic Meta ad numbers
• Help find problems with ads, forms, or lead flow
• Send clients clear updates about what is happening
• Run client calls through Google Meet
• Help clients follow up with their leads
• Watch for clients who are confused, stuck, or at risk of leaving
• Work with our VAs, editors, and founders to solve problems
• Keep account notes, tasks, and deadlines updated
• Help improve our client success process and SOPs
• Support client retention and earn bonuses when clients stay
• Launch clients on time
• Reduce missed tasks and errors
• Help clients understand their campaigns
• Improve client communication
• Catch problems early
• Protect client retention
• Reduce the number of onboarding and support tasks handled by the founders
• Build a client success process that can support a growing company

Requirements:

• You do not need to be an expert on day one. But you must understand the basics of:
